Passport Pictures and an Update

First off - my apologizes for the delay. Things have been a bit chaotic, to say the least.
A family health issue is consuming my time. Because it's not about me, I don't want to betray any confidences, so I need to keep this general - Someone I love very much is having a very hard time. :(
That said - the book is EDITED, FORMATTED and READY TO UPLOAD...once the surveys are done. We're sending the surveys out soon...just waiting for Backerkit to approve.
So all that to say - it's coming! We're very close!
On another note - I spent several hours trying to get my daughter's passport photo done. This is the best I could do... do you think the passport authority will accept it?

Fully funded at over 500%... we blew past our funding goal!
Thank you all...
So what's next? Well, I'm about to head back to Edinburgh, with 2 young kids so forgive the quick update.
Once I land, and hopefully recover from jetlag, we'll have the final A-Okey(s) from Kickstarter.
Then it's survey time! Expact that from us in a couple of weeks!
Once the surveys are done, then we'll be able to ship out the books! Hopefully this time, there won't be any shipping disasters!

With less than 52 hours to go, I thought I'd share this weekends family board game: Clue.
It was my 8-year-old's first time and he took to it immediately, ‘detectiving’ his little heart out, interrogating everyone about everything.
He is a natural… except for 2 things:
One – Miss Peacock was the culprit for the first 2 games. It was a coincidence, but nonetheless, my son decided that if she was guilty twice, then she must be guilty ALL THE TIME.
Two – he thinks out loud. He’ll look at his cards and mutter to himself, “So, it’s not the lead pipe in the Billiard Room.”
I wish I could say that he’ll grow out of it, but given that I do the same thing at 46, I’m fairly sure he’s screwed.
Screwed like Mable… (Like the segue?)
Good thing Mable is *almost* as good a detective as my son ;)
Anyhooo... Less than 52 hours to go, we already blasted past our funding goal and unlocked a bunch of stretch goals! If you know anyone interested in kickass Urban Fantasy, send them this way ;)
